Dear Internet Customer,
To accelerate the expansion and growth of FOYSAL ISP’s operations—including internet connectivity, fiber optic infrastructure development, e-commerce, technology hardware, and website development/trading—we are inviting customers to participate in a profit-sharing investment fund (short-term or long-term) designed for small-scale investors. Participation is open exclusively to the valued customers of FOYSAL ISP. (This arrangement operates under the Mudaraba profit-sharing model in accordance with Islamic Sharia principles.)

1. Investment Amount per Customer: Monthly/Annually ranging from BDT 5,000.00 to BDT 60,000.00. (This limit may be increased to BDT 100,000.00 in the future based on requirements.)
2. Terms and Conditions: All financial transactions related to this investment can be conducted easily and legally using the company’s bKash Merchant number and corporate bank current account (supporting Bangladesh Bank’s Bangla QR code, mobile numbers, and banking apps).
3. You will receive detailed statements of all your financial transactions (bank and bKash), which will serve as official documentation of your investment in the business. FOYSAL ISP will provide a dedicated mobile/online account for investors, where records of all investments and financial transactions will be maintained.
4. You may withdraw the accrued profit or the entire investment amount (including profit) based on the quarterly profit cycle. In accordance with the rules, the business entity FOYSAL ISP reserves the right to return your funds within a 3-month (90-day) period; you are bound to accept the return of the full investment amount under these terms and cannot raise any objections.
5. Profit Distribution Policy: Profit is distributed four times annually. Quarterly distribution (every 3 months/90 days): Dividends range from 2% to 6%. (Dividends may increase in the future based on business growth; for an investment of 100,000.00 BDT, the maximum annual dividend ranges from 9% to 14%.) The investment is non-transferable to other individuals or names. This investment opportunity is exclusively for FOYSAL ISP customers.
6. Investor Information Requirements:
a. Internet connection details.
b. Two mobile numbers.
c. Photocopy of the customer's NID card.
d. Two copies of passport-sized photographs.
e. One photograph and a photocopy of the nominee's NID card.
